Overview
This store is operated by Blockhouse Apparel, a brand of Blockhouse Defense Consulting Inc. ("Blockhouse," "we," "us"). By using this website and buying from us, you agree to these terms and to our privacy, shipping, and refund policies.

Made-to-order products
Most of our products are made to order by third-party production partners after you place your order. Product photos are staged representations of the finished item. Because each piece is produced individually, minor variations in color, placement, and finish between the photos and your item are possible and are not defects.

Orders and fulfillment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when production begins or your item ships, whichever comes first. If a production partner cannot fulfill an item — including because of stock, materials, capacity, or quality-control failures — we may cancel that item or order and refund you in full for anything not fulfilled, as described in our refund policy. We may also cancel and refund an order if a price or product detail was listed in error.

Pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping, which is calculated and charged at checkout (see our shipping policy). Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. Limited-edition products are made in the stated quantities only; when an edition sells out, it will not be restocked unless we say otherwise.

Shipping and delivery
Production and delivery times vary by product and production partner and are estimates, not guarantees. Items in the same order may be produced and shipped separately. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order.

Intellectual property
The Blockhouse name, tower logo, artwork, and product designs on this site belong to Blockhouse Defense Consulting Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this store, interfere with its operation, use it for anything unlawful, or provide false information at checkout.

Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Blockhouse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this store or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
